The housekeeping staff, especially Amr, were incredibly helpful, providing us with a bucket to wash our clothes since the hotel lacked a washing machine.
One major downside was that taxis could not drop you directly at the hotel due to road closures, requiring a walk from a nearby drop-off point.

The stay had its ups and downs. I enjoyed the spacious reception area and appreciated the prompt housekeeping service. the room service was slow and our shower had no hot water, making for an uncomfortable experience. it's suitable for families but improvements in service and facility maintenance would enhance the experience.

The elevators malfunctioned frequently!!! Cleaning staff overlooked room requests, leaving outdated rooms unattended!!! Seriously need an upgrade on the small and congested elevators during peak times!!!

Spacious reception area and fantastic staff. Rooms were clean, with nice tiles and a unique tub for relaxation. The 800-meter walk to the Haram felt rewarding for my azkaar. Great vibes and strong wifi too! 😊

this hotel just didn’t live up to my expectations. air conditioning failed for hours, and when I complained, I was met with annoyance, how delightful! no complimentary toiletries either. I thought I might get an upgrade, but alas, just a regular stay. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t stomach the incompetence. not impressed!

Nice stay!
I enjoyed my stay, comfy beds and nice clean room. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making it feel like home. One thing tho, the security could use some work, we had some random people knocking on our door. Breakfast was decent with a good selection!
